white!

Why is it the only color I can find a convertable (car) in is WHITE! (ok and silver)
Don't they realize that some people don't LIKE white cars..

arrgh.

I am on a quest to find a slightly used (03-04), highly loaded Toyota Solara convertable. Im HOPING to get it around 15k (pipe dream) I guess I am waiting till the fall when the demand drops off a bit more and hopefully there are some more.

There is only one for sale in my area.. and it is white.. and it is at a dealership that I won't go to, as they tried very hard to rip me off.

I found a brand spankin new one at a dealership outside of my area.. but at almost 30k, it is way out of my price range..

If that falls through, I'll go back to the sebring. I owned one once.. it is a nice car.

but I so want a new car.. trying to buy myself a little piece of happiness I guess (see previous post) hey.. at least I am not trying to eat it.

defective

Once again I am led to believe I am defective. A broken human being uncapable of getting along with others for more than short while. I guess my utopian ideal of how humanity should work clashes too greatly with how reality does work, and no one else wants to strive for peace and acceptace among all.


Of course all this makes me want to hide under a rock, or to become the crazy ol cat lady (ok actually it makes me want to go out and spend 30k on the new car I really REALLY want) but I know that won't make me feel better.

So if anyone wants to become friends with a defective human being, that thinks that while we all have flaws, that we all should be accepted for who we are - limitations and all - apparently I have an opening and am accepting applications.
